Aaron leads Moss Adams’ merger management practice and has worked on complex business combinations including mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic alliances since 2000. He works with leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely held businesses to multibillion dollar corporations. Aaron works across a range of industries including agribusiness, chemical, manufacturing and products, technology, and life sciences. He brings a hands-on approach and is a mentor to executives, directors, and managers across Moss Adams.
