Andy Kelly

Andy Kelly is a member of the Venture Capital Relationship Team within the
Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries group at JPMorgan Chase.
He is an entrepreneurial management executive with 25+years of experience
across small, medium and large companies in and around the tech
ecosystem. Andy has extensive experience in business strategy
development, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and a variety of operational
roles encompassing COO and CFO duties.’
 
Andy comes to the firm from Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), where he was a
Managing Director in their Venture Capital Relationship Management team.
While in this role, he oversaw key venture capital relationships on the behalf
of the firm. He also led efforts to source leads and opportunities for all lines of
business within the firm, as well as developed a strategic plan focused on the
next generation of leading investors.
 
Prior to Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Andy worked for Voxer, Inc., a start-up in
the mobile messaging space. While there, he was the General Manager of
Business Affairs. In this role, he led the company’s daily operational tasks,
managed strategic projects and contributed to the overall strategy and
direction of the firm.
 
Andy also worked for QuinStreet Corp. as Director of Corporate
Development. In this role, he managed the company’s M&A team and led
search, negotiations and due diligence for dozens of acquisitions in support
of one of the company’s key corporate strategies.
Andy is a former member of the USAA Advisory Board, and currently acts as
an independent board member of US Speedskating as well as co-chair of the
Yale Alumni Fund.
 
Andy holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Management from the
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University; a MA in
International Politics and Conflict Resolution from American University; and, a
BA in History from Yale University.
