After a 10 year career in law enforcement, Tony DiGaetano decided to get into a “safer” environment and joined United Parcel Service (UPS), where he worked as an operations manager, including air operations, and as a security manager. Tony mentored new supervisors and founded a Leadership School for the management staff.
This love a teaching and mentoring brought Tony to the world of academia, where he has been instructing for 25 years with major colleges and universities. He has also published several leadership articles.
Tony currently teaches in Folsom Lake College’s Prison Re-entry Program (PREP), where he teaches business courses to inmates at both Folsom and Mule Creek State Prisons.
When not teaching, Tony sits on the Board of Directors of Turning Points Community Programs and volunteers with the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office.
