Michael Quigley, Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking Managing Director, started the Commercial Banking Group for BankUnited in New York in May 2013. The group focuses on companies with revenues $50 million and under, currently has over $600 million in outstanding loan balances and over $600 million in deposit balances with 10 lenders covering the tri-state area.
Prior to BankUnited, Mike was with M&T Bank for 15 years, started the Business Banking Group in 1998 on Long Island and expanded it to include NYC. He grew that portfolio to $1 billion in outstanding loans with 15 lenders.
