Ben has 20 years of pension actuarial consulting experience consisting of funding and accounting valuations for middle market and FORTUNE 500 companies. Ben has guided clients through plan design, required and excess funding strategies, nondiscrimination testing and other compliance issues, global coordination, asset liability management (ALM) and experience studies, financial forecasting and implementation of IRC 430 and 436; ASC 715-30, 715-60 and 960. In addition, for the past 13 years, he has worked with many clients to curtail, settle, and/or terminate their qualified pension plans through lump sum windows, annuity purchases and full plan terminations.
