In his role as Director of Advisory Services, Rob supports clients in identifying and scoping initiatives that will support achievement of clients’ critical objectives in Operations Excellence, Data Management, Business Process Improvement and Automation. Rob is also experienced in Organizational Design, Organizational Change Management and Program/Project Management.
Rob has over 10 years Management Consulting experience leading Operational Excellence, Organizational Effectiveness and Business Performance Management engagements. Focused largely in Operations, Rob has led efforts in Master Data Management, S&OP, Inventory Accuracy and Lean/Six Sigma Continuous Improvement.
