EXPERIENCE
Brendan has over twelve years of public accounting experience, advising a wide variety of public & private multinational and multistate companies. He has developed and helped implement various tax planning and consulting initiatives including meals & entertainment studies, tax accounting method changes, capital asset deduction analyses, and tax credit reviews. He has advised clients on the tax impacts of a variety of transactions including corporate mergers, spinoffs, and corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
Brendan has experience in many aspects of federal and state taxation, including income tax compliance, FIN48 implementation and review, mergers and acquisitions, 382studies, partnership allocation structures, multi-state tax planning, and international tax planning. Brendan is a regular speaker with regards to tax compliance and tax planning at BDO conferences and external events.
