Chris has over 7 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to C Corporation, Partnership, and S Corporation clients, including multi-national, multi-state, and private-equity backed portfolio companies. Chris has experience consulting clients on many aspects of federal and state taxation, including partnership allocation structures, IRS and state audit assistance, multi-state tax planning, and international tax compliance. In addition, Chris has assisted clients with income tax provisions, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, and has worked with closely-held businesses and their owners to develop tailored tax strategies.
