Join us on October 29th to hear from leaders at the University of Tampa and how they have faced the challenges of COVID-19 head on. The panelists will discuss the University of Tampa’s health safety initiative, Spartan Shield, and how this plan allowed students to return to campus safely for the 2020-2021 school year.

Learning Outcomes:
  • How did UT develop their return to class plan (who was involved; what resources were leveraged and what were some of the original concerns)?
  • How was this plan approved (consensus from what parties)?
  • What contingencies were built into the plan/options?
  • What were initial key metrics how did they evolve?
  • What challenges did the leadership face as the plan was being executed (what factors may have been overlooked; what was spot on)?
  • What were key wins for leadership during the process of executing the plan?
  • What advice would leadership have for others when considering a back to school/work plan?
