FEI Pittsburgh Welcomes Diana Charletta, President & COO, Equitrans Midstream

For well over a decade, the Pittsburgh region has been at the heart of our nation’s drive to achieve energy independence. The abundant production of domestic natural gas, much of those reserves coming from right here in the Marcellus, has done just that; however, production is just the beginning. What is the role of natural gas infrastructure for the future of America’s energy? Join us on January 27 as we welcome Diana Charletta, president and chief operating officer of Equitrans Midstream Corporation. Diana will discuss the behind-the-scenes strategy of having a safe, reliable pipeline infrastructure network to transport our nation’s energy. And with increasing talk of “renewable energy” – we will gain a better understanding of how natural gas is needed to help with the transition to a lower-carbon economy.

We're returning to our traditional meeting model of offering a technical session prior to networking and our keynote address.  At 3:30 we'll gather to learn about Risk Management as a Competitive Advantage, presented by Schnieder Downs.  See the session summary below for complete details.

Risk landscapes are changing more rapidly and with a greater impact than ever before.  Effective Enterprise Risk Management is a critical enabler for strategy execution.  It creates greater confidence in decision making and achieving operational and strategic objectives while effectively enabling risks and opportunities to be actively managed.   The value is in the discipline surrounding key events to realize opportunities, minimized disruptions, manage adverse events and limit financial ramifications.  In this presentation you’ll learn about a comprehensive framework for ERM and a practical approach to standing up an ERM process, as well as specific risks to consider as a result of COVID-19.  This session offers 1.0 Credit of CPE in the Business Management & Organization field.

Presented via Zoom.  Connection details will appear in your event confirmation after registration is complete.
