FEI Philadelphia Chapter Meeting | Win the Downturn: The Best Defense is a Great Offense

Grant Thornton recently kicked off a cross-disciplinary initiative to help clients prepare for a possible economic downturn. The initiative, led by Advisory Principal Chris Stephenson, includes a steering committee of audit, tax and advisory leaders who have created a solution to address this important issue.

Grant Thornton surveyed 250+ C-suite, board and senior executives from public and private companies with revenues between $250 million and $3.5 billion. Senior executives were asked whether they anticipate a recession, how they are preparing, and how they will respond if and when one arrives. Grant Thornton is pleased to share the results of the survey to the Philadelphia FEI community, detailing their research, analysis, recession triggers, trade and tariff concerns, and preparation activities to help firms prepare for the next economic downturn.
