New Jersey 11/12/19 Dinner Meeting

"Life in Steady State"

Join FEI New Jersey on Tuesday, November 12 at the Galloping Hill Golf Course for networking and cocktails, followed by dinner and presentation by Jim Glassman.

Mr. Glassman will discuss:
•   With the economy back on its feet, what now lies ahead.
•   Many of the worries that dominate the conversation about the economy, including risks of a recession, slowing growth, tariffs and trade tensions, are red herrings.
•   The big stories about the economy could fit Charles Dickens’ novel, “A Tale of Two Cities”. For the national economy it is the best of times, with unemployment low in every corner of America and no obvious inflation or speculative imbalances that have been the trigger for all past recessions. Yet for many people disrupted by technological innovation, it is the worst of times.
•   This backdrop implies the economic outlook remains quite favorable.
