"PPP Considerations for Borrowers – Preparing for Forgiveness and a Treasury/SBA Audit"

During this interactive lunch and learn session hosted as a Zoom meeting, the presenters will provide a brief overview of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and discuss how recent guidance related to forgiveness, M&A transactions, and the Treasury/SBA audits impacts borrowers.  The presenters will also discuss some PPP related risks and help borrowers understand what they can do now to help them mitigate their risk and prepare for an audit. Participants will be visible on camera, able to ask questions and speak with other attendees.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
