The movement to cloud architectures such as Software-as-Service is a fundamental IT change that brings opportunities and financial challenges.

Technology challenges bring organizational, vendor selection/management, budget and policy changes. These are critical to a successfully transition to a more efficient, flexible and secure infrastructure.

Join FEI New Jersey and the National Association of Black Accountants Northern NJ Chapter (NABA NNJ) for a virtual discussion. Our speakers will provide a framework for evaluating these economic risks, including SaaS vendor economics, staff resistance to change, the total cost of ownership models, and policy considerations. Cloud architecture and Software-as-a-Service solutions are potential options, especially in remote workforce environments.
