FEI Nashville Welcomes Luther Wright, Jr. | Confronting Bias in Divisive Times

FEI Nashville is honored to welcome Luther Wright, Jr., Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins Law Firm, to deliver the keynote address at our September 27th meeting.

Join us for an interactive and thoughtful discussion regarding unconscious bias and its impact on decision making.  Attendees will learn the true definition of bias, including how and why it is formed, and how it impacts cross-cultural communication.  Participants will engage in awareness exercises that will help them identify their own unconscious biases and learn ways to overcome them.

Mr. Wright, whose practice areas focus on employment law, litigation, and diversity & inclusion, serves as a member of Ogletree's Diversity and Inclusion Practice Group, and co-chairs Ogletree's Business Resouce Group for Black attorneys.  He is the firm's Assistant Director of Client Training.
