Gonzalo Sanchez, Bank of America Securities, Director is part of the BofA Securities Rates & Currencies Origination group, responsible for coverage in the Texas, OK, and LA markets. He has extensive experience delivering risk management solutions (foreign exchange, rates and commodities) to corporates in the US and Mexico. Prior to joining BofA, Gonzalo spent 10 years at JP Morgan Chase where he was Team Lead for South and Southeast Foreign Currency coverage teams. Gonzalo holds an MBA from University of Texas at Dallas and lives in Murphy, TX with his wife and two children.

With global business risk drivers being significantly higher in 2020, Gonzalo will cover:

Federal and Employee Tax Updates


Wes Poole is a Tax partner with 34 years of experience focused on the energy sector. He currently serves as the Global Tax Account Leader for ExxonMobil, Koch Industries and HollyFrontier Corporation and its MLP, HEP.   He also serves as the Fort Worth office Tax leader works with metroplex clients in the distribution, family office and energy space.

Wes has a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin; is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of Public Accountants and serves on the Accounting Advisory Board at Texas Christian University.

Dave Manges joined EY as Senior Manager of Indirect Taxes in 2015. Prior to that Dave did stints with Microsoft, PWC and Bearing Point primarily in Management Consulting, servicing a wide variety of industries.

Wes and Dave will provide the latest updates on the ever-changing CARES Act as new guidelines are issued, including:
Impacts to employee retention credits
NOL carry backs
And other of the latest tax implications being contemplated in Washington DC
