Tour Electric Works - Revitalization Project on the GE Campus on Broadway


Excitement is building as the latest core component of downtown and economic development – the adaptive re-use of the former GE campus – begins to take shape.
Electric Works is a mixed-use district of innovation, energy, and culture, developed as a public/private partnership between RTM Ventures and the City of Fort Wayne.

Our tour will be led by Jeff Kingsbury, Kevan Biggs and Crystal Vann Wallstrom

A redevelopment and reuse of the former General Electric campus in downtown Fort Wayne, Electric Works includes 39 acres, 18 historic buildings and more than 1.2 million square feet of space for office, retail, residential, hotel, and entertainment uses.

Please dress for the weather. Parts of the tour will be outside.
