"Overview of Michigan No-Fault Auto Insurance Changes", presented by Doug Warner, Vice President of State Management, Citizens Insurance with support from Mark Holloway, Vice President, Mike Nixon, Senior Vice President, and Curtis Iorio, Client Executive Middle Market Property & Casualty​.
Doug is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. For the past 13 years Doug has been in Hanover’s State Management division, which among other things is responsible for managing the profit and & loss for personal lines insurance, tailoring Hanover’s strategy to their local markets, overseeing product & ratemaking, and implementation of regulatory changes. Doug is an active member in the Michigan insurance industry, serving on the board of the Michigan Auto Insurance Placement Facility and the Actuarial Committee of the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association. Doug is leading Hanover’s effort to respond to the no-fault auto changes passed in June, 2019.
