FEI Detroit Social Evening

FEI Detroit invites you to join us for a fun and interactive culinary experience and wine tasting at Great Lakes Culinary Center! The evening will showcase gourmet fare via live chef stations, thoughtfully paired with wine selected by Detroit's House of Pure Vin. Wine tasting to be led by renowned Sommelier, Claudia Tyagi, one of three Master Sommeliers in the state of Michigan.

Prepare your taste buds! The Chef and Master Sommelier have planned a unique culinary and wine tasting experience for you to enjoy:

Artisanal cheese table
Greek salad
Butternut squash and gluten free wild mushroom risotto with fresh thyme, bourbon and Parmesan cheese
Pan roasted bistro steak and whipped mashed potatoes with crispy onions and a red wine demi
Pan seared diver scallop with caramelized onion and bacon jam
Mixed berry cobbler with vanilla ice cream
