4:00-5:00 p.m. - Career Development Session, "Leading With Strengths: Maximizing Your Career and your Life", presented by Karen Biebuyck, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Strengths Finder.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will
  • Gain an understanding of the Strengths philosophy and how it can impact their lives
  • Be able to list and describe their top 5 in their own words and articulate how they show up in their lives
  • Discover how Strengths partnerships can maximize their career
  • Develop strategies to apply strengths-based leadership in their roles at work and in their personal lives

5:30-6:30 p.m. - Professional Development Session, "Back Office Automation and Digitizing the Finance Function", presented by Brian Decker, Partner, and Verne Perigord, Director; PwC.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
