The Virtuous Leader

It is encouraging that there has been so much focus in business schools on ethical principles, ethical decisions, and corporate actions of social responsibility. But there is a deeper issue that has not received as much attention: the character of the leader and the virtues that make a leader one of good character. This presentation will focus on what it means to be a leader of good character, and why that matters so much for the corporations he or she leads as well as for those the corporation serves.
Jonathan J. Sanford, PhD | President / Professor of Philosophy, University of Dallas
