Effectively Handling the Most Critical Interview Questions - Part 2

March 26, 2019 | 6:00-7:15 p.m. Program | 7:15-8:30 p.m. Networking | 1.5 CPE credits
In placing over 1,100 business professionals over the last 28 years, Jim Ashworth has conducted and documented over 5,000 interview follow-ups.  Very simply, he has learned that there are four areas of an interview that will determine which of typically three to five candidates will get hired.  In this session, which is a follow-on to last month’s program, Jim will be covering the final two areas regarding interviewing skills.  He will explain why traditional answers don’t work and how to more effectively handle these questions.  Jim plans to conduct multiple role plays so attendees can experience the differences and more positive outcomes.
