Effectively Handling the Most Critical Interview Questions

Jim Ashworth has learned that there are four areas of an interview that will determine which of typically 3 to 5 candidates will get hired. In this session, Jim will be covering two of these areas…’Reasons for leaving previous positions’ and ‘Tell me about yourself/why don’t you go over your resume’. He will explain why traditional answers don’t work and how to more effectively handle these questions. Jim plans to conduct multiple role plays on both these areas so attendees can experience the differences and more positive outcomes.
