The Economic Case for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership
In our 4th session of the series, we are joined by Wes Becton, Co-Founder and CEO of George Washington Street Partners. Wes will share his perspective on the Economic Case for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership, focusing on the hard work and courage required to be an effective DEI leader… and how and why this is good for business. Wes will clarify the differences between diversity, equity and inclusion and then help you identify roadblocks to reaching your DEI goals. You can expect to leave this session with a new (or deeper) perspective on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leadership and a framework to build and drive strategies that will address inequity, inequality and injustice within your communities and organizations.

This session will include a 40 minute presentation and 45 minutes of small group discussion via Zoom Breakout.

We look forward to engaging with our members on this important topic, and to supporting each other in the conversations ahead.
