Executive Change in Control Severance Arrangements and C-Suite Employment Agreements.  
A “change in control” (CIC) severance plan or agreement is one that provides senior executives with severance payments and benefits on certain terminations in employment in connection with a change in control.  In this informative session, employment attorney Gary Noah Savine discusses the “nuts and bolts” of CIC plans and agreements, including the benefits they provide to companies and directors, the most common components found in CIC arrangements and ERISA requirements commonly triggered by CIC plans.  Gary will also share his top tips for negotiating compensation and non competes and other terms of employment with HR, CEO’s or Boards of Directors.
