Oliver Brewing Company Overview and Beer Tasting

All registrants will receive a Zoom link to join the webcast the day before the presentation.

Since 1993, Oliver Brewing Company has created distinctive American ales inspired by traditional brewing methods.  As one of Baltimore's original craft brewers, they are constantly pushing the boundaries with new styles, ingredients, and flavors.

Join us for a virtual tasting with Jason Williams, Sales Director, and Justin Dvorkin, Co-Owner, Oliver Brewing, on March 25th as they discuss:
  • Taking ownership of a long-established brand and creating a growth and modernization plan
  • Transition from Brew Pub to full scale manufacturing and multi state distribution
  • Balancing Contract production for other outside brands to keep facility at maximum production capacity
  • Maximizing opportunity for efficiency through growth. (purchasing, shipping, raw material contracts)
  • Expansion into other areas of packaging opportunities (cold brew coffee, craft soda)
  • Operating a brewery with the behind-the-scenes perspective of restaurant owner (pricing, relationships)

Participants will taste three beer selections during the Zoom presentation (Bmore Sour, Social Lager, and Bmore Hazy).  Beverages may be picked up prior to the event at the following locations, or a shipping option is available.
