Program Description: 

Please join us for an engaging conversation with leaders from Under Armour’s Finance team to discuss how they have worked to build an effective culture for today’s accounting and finance environment. During this discussion they will talk about why they feel diversity and inclusion are key ingredients to creating and maintaining a positive and healthy work environment for teammates. Learn what it’s like to work for a global retailer and see how it differs from working at a bigger public accounting firm!
