Austin Chapter Career Leadership & Development


Please join us for our next Career Leadership & Development session "Meeting of the Minds: Turning Your Opponent into Your Ally," which will be presented by Latrice Rideout, Ph.D., Certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie.

This class will teach how to diagnose conflict before it intensifies and how to apply appropriate conflict resolution techniques to specific situations and remain calm under fire. In addition, attendees will learn to recognize their own anger triggers and ways to address them confidently.  Finally, learning how to analyze methods for resolving conflict that leave valuable relationships unscathed will be discussed.

Check-in begins at 6:00 p.m., with the speaker beginning at 6:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
