Austin Chapter April 2019 Breakfast Meeting


Please join us on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 as we welcome Chris del Conte, Vice President and Director of Athletics at the University of Texas at Austin, as he presents "The Vision and Future of UT Athletics." Along with giving an overview of UT Athletics, Chris will talk about how to institute a culture change for a large organziation, how to adapt leadership style based on performance of the group, the value of external feedback, and how to make an organization feel valued top to bottom.
