Dinner Presentation

B-SCHOOL TODAY @ GCU
Presented by Randy Gibb GCU

At the Colangelo College of Business we are proud to celebrate the glory of business with our students in promoting free markets for prosperity.  The principles of Conscious Capitalism are integrated into the GCU experience.  College graduates are seeking value-alignment.  They want to work for a company that has a higher purpose and engages with their stakeholders in a collaborative culture led by a true servant leader.  Arizona has a growing community of purpose-minded businesses.  The companies that best articulate their purpose and live-out their values will attract the top talent.

Randy will step through concepts of capitalism, free economies, conscious capitalism, and then share local Phoenix businesses that are doing great things via their purpose and stakeholder integration.  Finally, he will challenge attendees to reflect on their own business, how they articulate their purpose, and if they are attracting the top talent.
