Could that be because we’ve been thinking about engagement all wrong, focusing on what we want members to do and how we define value?
Join fellow Chapter Leaders as we discuss a radical shift in our understanding of engagement, one based on a member-centric approach that encourages us to view the world from our members’ perspective, focusing on the of Chapters who’ve transformed themselves into necessary partners in their members’ success, becoming financially healthy, vital, growing, mission-driven organizations. You’ll then have an opportunity to role-play what some of those keys might look like within your own Chapter.
