Dana Bober is a Partner in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice at Ernst & Young LLP and leader of EY Americas FAAS.
In her role as the EY Americas FAAS lead, she guides teams to build relationships with current and future finance leaders and serve as trusted advisors supporting the strategic agenda of EY clients’ business. As the environment changes, FAAS provides practical and innovative insights and services to current and emerging opportunities and challenges and helps finance leaders accelerate transformation in their business and function to deliver on their objectives.
With more than 25 years of experience providing advisory and audit services to global companies, Ms. Bober has focused on finance and operations, change management, leading large implementations of complex accounting standards as well as financial control remediation efforts. Her projects have included remediation of control weaknesses with respect to valuation, financial reporting, tax requirements and regulatory reporting processes.
