Dave Drabkin is the Chairman of the Section 809 Panel, Administrator, Council of Defense and Space Industries Association (CODSIA), as well as Principal, Drabkin and Associates, LLC. He is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Vice Chair of two committees of the Public Contract Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Drabkin is a Fellow and a member of the Board of Advisors of the National Contract Management Association. He also teaches at various Universities including GW Law School. Mr. Drabkin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Procurement Roundtable, the Public Contracting Institute, and CASI Global Alliance Inc.
