Jeanne Wyand is a managing director in the Boston office in Health and Group Benefits Practice of Willis Towers Watson with over 30 years of health care experience. She provides consulting assistance to her clients in many areas of employee benefits including developing health care strategies, health care benchmarking, designing employee well being programs and incentives, design and pricing of all health and welfare benefit programs, absence management, vendor management and implementation of new programs. In addition, she has worked with clients who have aggressive acquisition strategies to determine the most effective benefit harmonization approaches.
Ms. Wyand has expertise in several industries, including Aerospace and Defense as well as health care systems – each with their own set of nuances.
Ms. Wyand graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Biology. She has worked in Boston since 1989, following six years as a senior underwriter with a major health care insurer.
