Tom Corapi joined Networking Technologies in November 2006, and has extensive experience in servers, enterprise storage, infrastructure, and cloud computing. He holds certifications in HPE ASE Hybrid IT, VMware Certified Professional, Fortinet Firewalls, Barracuda Backup and Email Security, Veeam Enterprise Backup solutions, and other areas of technology.
As a former Solutions Architect, Tom is experienced with current technology trends and the technical decisions made regarding the usage and impact to businesses. His role was to design solutions involving information technology and help businesses meet technology challenges and grow.
As the Director of Technology, Tom’s role is to assure the successful execution of the company’s business mission through the development of the service and support departments. This requires envisioning the company’s service and product offerings and planning for risk and growth. As a part of this position, the Director of Technology is also responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to the team and ensuring service and support is provided to customers at agreed levels.
