In October 2019, the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) named Scott Manley Executive Vice President of Government Relations, after serving as Senior Vice President since 2015.
Manley joined WMC in 2005 as Director of Environmental Policy and was promoted to Vice President of Government Relations in 2013. Prior to his time with WMC, he served more than a decade in numerous positions in the Wisconsin State Legislature.
The WMC was founded in 1911, and represents the combined Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Manufacturers’ Association and the Wisconsin Safety Council. WMC represents 3,800 employers of all sizes and from every sector of the economy.
