Kevin LaHatte is a Principal at Comvest Partners, a private investment firm providing equity and debt capital to middle-market companies. Mr. LaHatte works in Comvest’s private equity strategy group, where he is responsible for all stages of the investment process from investment execution to portfolio company oversight.
Prior to joining Comvest, Mr. LaHatte worked as a Vice President at H.I.G. Growth Partners, the lower middle market private equity fund of H.I.G. Capital. Prior to H.I.G. Growth Partners, he was an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, where he advised companies in the consumer and business services sectors on M&A, equity, and debt initiatives.
Mr. LaHatte received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
