Katherine G. Overbey (K-T) joined OneSight as the President and Executive Director in 2018. In her tenure to date, she has focused on ensuring operational excellence in the current programming areas while also enabling future scale through the development of strategic partnerships. To do this, she has drawn on her previous experiences in both public health and corporate positions. Prior to OneSight, K-T served as the Assistant Vice President of Program Development and Innovation at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, while also serving as Executive Director of the Learning Network program there. She also previously spent 15 years as a marketing leader at Procter & Gamble.
Outside of work, K-T is committed to efforts to reduce the stigma of mental health through her efforts with the 1N5 organization. She has also served on the local branch board of the ME Lyons YMCA and held leadership positions with the Anderson Barracudas swim team and various local school-based activities. She holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated from Princeton University.
