William Bundy has 19 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, merger-integrations, carve-outs/spin-offs, operational improvement, and organizational restructurings. Prior to AlixPartners, he was a COO at a large business services firm and consulted with Bain & Company, where he focused on M&A, divestitures, and general performance improvement. In addition to being a graduate of the US Naval Academy and the Wharton School of Business, he has also served as a nuclear engineer onboard fast attack submarines.
