Michael Conti
Manager, Professional Search Division
Michael Conti is the Manager of The Overture Group’s Professional Search Division. He worked as a search consultant prior to joining The Overture Group 5 years ago. Upon joining the group, he helped launch their professional search division that concentrates on fulfilling the non-executive hiring needs of clients. Prior to working in the search industry, Mike worked in financial services for one of the largest banks in the world.
Mike focuses on finding candidates who will make a difference in our clients Accounting, HR, and Operations organizations in various industries. He also works with professional services firms in helping find public accountants, consultants, attorneys and other professional service specialists.
Mike has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Finance from Illinois Wesleyan University where he was a D-III All American track athlete and member of the football team.
Mike is a professional affiliate of the Illinois CPA Society and the Chicago Chapter of the Financial Executive Institute (FEI). He is involved in the non-profit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chicago and a member of Feed My Starving Children’s Illinois Leadership Council.
