Ms. Julie Lynch

Over the last 20 years, Julie has developed a distinguished reputation as a real estate executive and adjunct professor teaching for top real estate programs in the United States to include: Johns Hopkins University, UTD, SMU, and UNT.  Currently for the UTD Weitzman Institute for Real Estate program she teaches: Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Finance and Personal Finance.  During her commercial real estate career, she has transacted over ten billion dollars of commercial real estate.  Her career spans the entire life cycle of an asset from leading the market research department at NationsBank, to development for the largest developer in Washington, DC, acquisition development and construction financing for the largest bank in the United States, owning a brokerage firm, asset management to executive leadership at a real estate investment company. 
 
Today, Julie is the Managing Partner of LYNOUS Talent Management.    Her unique diverse career experience in commercial real estate, strong academic background, and awarding winning forward-thinking approach to talent management has benefited her clients by increasing performance and profitability.  LYNOUS develops talent management strategies and provides solutions to the commercial real estate industry across the country in training, recruiting and temporary staffing.  Some of LYNOUS’ clients include: Goldman Sachs, Transwestern, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, Lincoln Properties, Billingsley Company, Granite Properties, Institute of Real Estate Management, Building Owners Management Association, National Association of Industrial Office Properties and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).  For CREW, through SMU Cox School of Business Executive Education, Julie developed a women’s leadership certificate program to bridge the gap for advancement in the commercial real estate industry for women. The program resulted in more than half of the fifty participants achieving a promotion or securing a new position advancing their career.
