Ioana Florescu is the director of financial assurance and technology at General Motors. Ioana has been at General Motors for 15 years in various roles. While at GM, Ms. Florescu has led different efforts and teams including the ESG Control Modernization effort and the CPR integration team and GCARS implementation team. She is also a founding member of European Connection ERP and currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board. Prior to joining GM, she worked at Grant Thornton LLP and Flagstar Bank. Ms. Florescu is a licensed CPA in Michigan and holds a Master in Accounting from Walsh College and a Master of Economics from University “Al. I. Cuza” in Iasi, Romania.
