Eric Turner is the Portland Market Director, Tenant Representation lead and Principal Broker for JLL Portland. Eric is a "player coach"; spending the majority of his time strategically leading client accounts with an integrated and strategic approach to corporate real estate strategies, while also leading and executing the strategic vision for JLL locally. Eric focuses on local and institutional multi-market clients ranging from early stage startups to public institutions to Fortune 500 global companies. His "secret sauce" is coordinating the best professional team for the client, bringing creative and innovative approaches to the table and leading with the principle of always "doing the right thing" for his clients, partners and the community. He has been recognized for his professional efforts including the Portland Business Journal’s 2018 “40 under 40”, a “Phenom” in the CRE industry by the Daily Journal of Commerce and consistently earning the "Top Achiever" awards from JLL. Before joining JLL, Eric was a Principal and Owner of Cresa Portland and in 2014, he and his five partners at Cresa completed a sale and merger with JLL. The merger received widespread acclaim, including being recognized by the Portland Business Journal as the “Deal of the Year.” In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children skiing, fishing, camping, and enjoying all the outdoor activities that Oregon has to offer
