Edua Dickerson

Edua Dickerson is the vice president of ESG and finance strategy where she is responsible for the development, activation, and oversight of the integrated ESG strategy as ServiceNow scales to $15B. She and her team serve as customer zero for all relevant ESG-related solutions, partnering on innovation with product development, GTM stakeholders, and partners. They work to operationalize ServiceNow’s ESG strategy across the company, embedding it into the culture by establishing governing policies, processes and controls, delivering thought leadership, and developing strategic partnerships.
 
Ms. Dickerson also serves as a critical extension of the CFO’s vision, leadership and voice, driving strategic initiatives and helping to shape and amplify the intent, strategy and the messaging of the finance organization, both internally and externally. She develops and manages key activities to enable the finance organization to operate effectively at scale and leads the finance career development strategy, including their post-university and post-MBA rotational programs. She joined ServiceNow as chief of staff to the CFO in July 2021. 
 
Prior to joining ServiceNow, she was with Google as the chief of staff to the corporate controller & chief accounting officer and then to the head of YouTube trust and safety. She served as Black ERG Global Chair and partnered with Google leadership to develop racial equity commitments in 2020. She also served in Google’s finance operations and held finance roles with Alphabet Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte Consulting.
 
She received her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California at Los Angeles, her MBA from Duke University, and she holds a California CPA. Edua lives in Oakland, California.
