CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.
The following cancellation schedule will apply:
- On/before May 17, 2019: Refund issued less a $50 processing fee.
- May 18–31, 2019: Credit letter issued less a $50 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year.
- After May 31, 2019/ No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
