SEC Reporting and Disclosure Effectiveness Course

This one-day course will help you build a sustainable path to inspiring investor and market confidence by best positioning your corporate reporting.  The course will focus on 10-K/10-Q business, risk factors, and MD&A disclosures and will involve shared learning through extensive interactive discussion. There will also be a panel discussion incorporating Controller’s, Legal, IR, and analyst perspectives.

The course is led by Reed Wilson who has over 36 years of accounting policy and SEC reporting experience with Exxon Mobil Corporation as well as 8 years of experience consulting and teaching SEC reporting workshops. Reed is an advisory member on FEI’s Committee on Corporate Reporting.

State Boards of Accountancy have the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour.
