CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:

  • On/before January 12, 2019: Refund issued less a $50 processing fee.
  • January 13–25, 2019: Credit letter issued less a $50 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year.
  • After January 25, 2019/ No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
