CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:

  • Until October 11, 2019: Refund issued less a $50 processing fee.
  • October 12 - October 18, 2019: Credit letter issued less a $50 processing fee for use towards a future FEI live conference for up to one year from date of credit letter.
  • After October 18, 2019: No refunds or credits will be issued.
