The Legality of Cost and Audit
Cost and audit resolutions often develop into a pros and cons discussion around litigation, mediation, or arbitration. This session will address the when and how to best resolve these issues, including setting contractor expectations around terms of procedures, time required for litigation and what you need to make a case convincing. Delve deeper into cost law with a conversation around the statute of limitations, specific requirements for claim accrual and the differences between Expressly Unallowable Cost and a Directly Associated Cost.
