Gray Holden is the co-head of Oklahoma operations and leads the Management Liability Practice for Higginbotham. As a commercial insurance broker, he manages clientele in a wide range of industries including retail, energy, transportation, construction, healthcare and financial institutions. His primary expertise is management and executive liability, professional liability cyber risk and non-standard financial coverage. He has extensive experience working with publicly traded companies, private equity firms and all sizes of private and not-for-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Higginbotham, Mr. Holden was the President and Managing Partner for Willis of Oklahoma where he had the opportunity to lead an entire operation focused on both property and casualty risk as well as employee benefits. He has an extensive background in leadership, business management, insurance brokerage, consulting, underwriting and business development with large organizations such as Willis, Marsh, Chubb and Hub International. Over his 29 years in the insurance business, he has had an opportunity to gain experience in nearly every major segment of the insurance industry.
Mr. Holden obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in 1992. He has had specific underwriting training for surety, management liability and other financial related coverages as well as several series of leadership and management training with Chubb, Marsh and Willis.
